Adult helmet size guide
To choose the right size, measure the circumference of your head by passing through the middle of your forehead (approximately 1 cm above the eyebrows).

Tip for a perfect fit:
Between two sizes? If your measurement falls exactly between two categories (for example 54.5 cm), it is generally advisable to choose the smaller size for more comfort, then adjust the fit with the rear dial of the helmet.
Check: Once the helmet is on your head and fastened, it should not move when you gently shake your head, but it should also not create painful pressure points.
